Project Overview

All Area Appliance is a small family business in Atlanta that does on location appliance repair for all kinds of household appliances from stoves to icemakers.   They had been in business for 10 years and were relying on Yellow Pages advertisements and a variety of traditional marketing methods that were no longer working for them.

All Area came to PB&J Interactive with two requests – to update the company website and get them ranking organically and through Google Places, Yahoo Business and Bing Local.

PB&J Interactive designed a new website for them, implemented an easy to use CMS application and a blog, wrote bi weekly blog posts for them and executed a search marketing campaign campaign for a surprisingly competitive market in Atlanta..

Business Need

The existing website was crowded, unfocused, loaded slowly and was not displaying properly on modern mobile devices.  The existing All Area web site was not positioned well in the search engines so they needed to capture leads locally and shift over from their existing marketing methods to an online marketing strategy in order to continue growing.

Very happy with the new website and the results! This is the first year I did not renew any print advertising so these results really put me at ease that I made the right decision. Thanks so much for the hard work!

The PB&J Interactive Solution

PB&J Interactive designed and implemented a clean, easy to navigate website, rewrote all of the content for the site and optimized the user experience as well as the search engines.   A content management system was implemented that allowed simple, web based management of all of the online content and the development of an official company blog, which PB&J Interactive also created content for on a bi-weekly basis

After thorough research on their market, a list of the 16 terms that targeted the services that were most valuable to All Area were  recommended.

PB&J Interactive executed an in-depth SEO campaign, guest blogging, press releases to highlight new services All Area was offering and wrote  original content targeting all of the services All Area offered.


All Area is highly positioned in the search engines and is still an active client after 3 years.  They are consitently generating 100 plus phone calls and dozens of emails inquiries monthly all directly from search marketing.

With the use of the PB&J Interactive customer portal they are able to easily track, manage and measure all phone calls, emails, website traffic and trends from Google Analytics all in one easy to use interface.
